Measuring Penis – How To Measure Penis Size

Before You commence any penis enlargement exercises, it is important to measure Your penis size first.

You should measure both the Penis Length …..as well the Penis Girth.

This is essential so that You can keep track of Your penis enlargement in future.

Don’t make the mistake of thinking that You can see the changes with Your naked eyes though.

For a start, although You might have actually gained 0.5 inches in penis size…

But from Your naked eyes, You might not be able to see it..

But by using proper technique on measuring penis, You can use as a benchmark and as proof  for Your observations instead.

You only need to do 2 measurements.

It is very easy to do.

Basically You need a ruler ya.

Measuring the Flaccid ( soft ) Length

-  With the other hand, place the ruler next to the side of Your penis ( press firmly against Your pubic hair ) & make sure it’s parallel to the floor too.

- Next, measure the length up to the tip of Your penis head. Record Your measurements.

( You can round off to the nearest millimeters / 0.05 inches )

- Again, in order to measure Your erected penis length more accurate, it is better to do it from the side of Penis.

- While standing up,  gently press down the erected penis ( on the penis head ) so that it is about parallel to the floor.

- With the other hand, place the ruler ( pressing firmly to Your pubic hair ) next to the side of Your penis.

-  Make sure both Your penis and rule are about parallel to the floor.

( if You have difficulty achieving the parallel floor effect with Your erected penis, You can slightly bend forward to help abit )

- Gently pull out Your penis as far as You can and measure to the tip of Your penis head.

- Record Your erected penis length . ( can round off to the nearest millimeters / 0.05 inches )

Measuring Your Penis Girth   ( Thickness )

For this measurement, You need to either use a :  ” Measuring Tape or Cloth “.

How To Measure Penis Girth

For measuring of Penis Girth, it should always be done in the erected state.

As some portion of Your penis shaft would be thicker…

…Whereas some portion would be slimmer..

Hence, we only want to take ” diameter ” of the average portion – Which is the middle portion of Your penis shaft

So in future, all the references would be compared to this middle portion.

To measure the middle portion diameter,

- Wrap the measuring tape / cloth firmly around the middle portion of Your penis shaft.

- If using a cloth, make the ending point so that You can use a ruler to measure the actual inches after that.

Again, You can round the results to the nearest millimeters or 0.05 inches if need to.

Do these steps carefully and do not cheat.

Trust me, when You see Your future measurements getting larger & bigger..

Exercises To Make Penis Bigger ( Effective & Advance Version For Beginners )

In this post, I will share another exercise to Make Penis Bigger.

I would consider it a slightly more advance version for beginners though.

Before that, my (erected ) penis size is measuring :

1)  6.8 inches ( length )

2)  4.9 inches ( thickness )

Before You can start using this routine, You need to understand on this Rotatory Shakes first.

By doing these Rotatory Shakes, what do You expect to achieve then ?

From my experience and observations :

1)  It encourages more blood into the FLACCID penis.  ( and help lock it there )

Very useful when You do the ” jelqing / milking ” later as You need a semi-erect penis to JELQ.

2)  They relax the tissue of the penis and allow more blood flow.

This is very beneficial to both the stretching process & other hand movements enlargement.

How To Execute These Rotatory Shakes Then ?

If You are afraid they might be too confusing / difficult for You to visualize and then follow..

Let me assure that You do not have to worry at all actually.

These shakes are very easy to do and only require very little time.

However, do be reminded that if You rely on these Rotatory shakes alone, You will not see much penile growth though.

But rather, it is the way You integrate these shakes into the entire penis exercises that would make a world of difference.

Here”s how You do these shakes :

1)  Form a ” OK ” sign with Your WRITING hand.

2)  Grab the base of Your penis with it.

( make sure You are holding Your Flaccid penis as far down as possible to Your pubic hair )

3)  Hold that position firm ( yet gentle ) &  swing Your penis in a circular motion.

( just like how a propeller engine spins )

4)  Ensure the swinging motion is smooth and in a circular manner.

5)  Swing it around at a speed of 4 -5 rounds / second would be good – Not too fast / Not too slow.

6) After doing this for 20 seconds….stop.

7 ) Next, grip ( using both hands ) the entire shaft of Your penis and then pull the penis down pointing to Your feet gently and firm for 10 seconds.

( This is  executing Stretching )

8)  When You complete the stretching, resume the Rotatory Shakes again for 20 seconds.

And after You completed this step, You will most likely see a significant increase in Flaccid Length too.

That is the main objective of doing the Rotatory Shakes.

It is very simple to do right ?

…..Obviously You might think that they are nothing special.

I agree on that too.

As I mentioned at the start of this post, there will be both ” Active & Non-Active ” days to this natural penis enlargement exercise.

The Active days would consist of the full workout and it would lasts about 20 – 25 minutes.

The ” Non-Active ” days are meant for the penis to recover, speed up healing and help increase in penis size.

Although it is called ” Non-Active “, but we still do some light exercises too.

-  20 Seconds Of Rotatory Shakes

- Stretch for 10 Seconds

- 20 Seconds Of Rotatory Shakes Again

- Stretch For 10 Seconds ( pulling upward toward my face instead now )

- 20 Seconds Of Rotatory Shakes

After completed these steps, my penis is still Flaccid.

But the penis length has already been increased by about 0.5 – inches now.

- Next, use a warm towel and cover Your penis & pelvic area for 2 -3 minutes.

Do not touch Your penis now and allow the warm heat from the towel to pull more blood flow into Your penis.

While waiting, You can perform 3 sets of  PC Muscle Exercises.

For each rep, You will try to hold for 2 seconds.

Perform 10 reps for each set.

( If You cannot hold for 2 seconds although You already completed the first 2 parts of beginners penis exercises…then just try to adjust to Your own comfortable level. Don’t over strain the little muscle )

After this , the MAIN Workout starts :

1)   Lubricate the penis ” generously “  ( can use olive oil, baby oil, vaseline or sexual lube )

2)   Perform Rotatory Shakes for 20 seconds

3)   Wet Jelqing ( Milking ) for 3 seconds per stroke, at 50% erection for 2 minutes.

( You can read up more on how to jelq here if You need to )

4)  20 Seconds Rotatory Shakes again.

5)  After that, straight away grab Your penis shaft using both hands and perform a  ” stretch “.

( 20 reps total -  10 reps facing upward, 10 reps facing downward )

6 )  Next, perform ” Quality ” Wet Jelqing with each stroke lasting 2 seconds for 8 minutes total.

( This step cannot be skip as it would be considered the core of this routine , that’s why it is rather intensive )

7)   Once completed that, another round of 20 seconds Rotatory Shakes to maximize the blood flow.

8 ) With step 7 done, You are almost 90% done by now.

What else then ?

Like I always emphasize that proper warming up & warming down is very critical to Your overall growth and healing process..

8)  Of course the last step would be a proper warming down process.

Basically I would do 3 ” Active ” days such as Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

Then 2 ” Non-Active ” days in between . ( Tues & Thurs )

Here’s How To Execute The ” Non-Active “  Days Routine :

- Proper Warming Up Process for a start using 2 -3 minutes Warm Towel Wrap.

- Rotatory Shakes 10 Seconds, 10 Seconds Stretch ( gentle but firm ), then 10 Seconds Rotatory Shakes again.

- 50 ” Quality ” Wet Jelqing each lasting 2 seconds. ( make sure Lubricate well )

- Rotatory Shakes 10 seconds & gentle stretching to Warm – Down

That’s it !

A Short yet efficient routine.

After using this slightly advance routine as my natural penis enlargement exercises for about 1.5 weeks.

I actually noticed a 0.9 inches increase in penis size…

Of course, You might get slightly lesser or perhaps slightly more increase in penis size if You use this routine .

PC Muscle Squeezes every day.

1)   Warming Up – Hot towel wrap COMBINED with PC Muscle Squeezing ( 25 reps )

2)   Length Stretching

3)   Circulatory Stretching

4)   Wet ” Milking “  ( Jelqing ) – 250 REPS

5)   Warming Down

( Note : As You can see, this is a more improved version of the Part 1 . The entire process would take no longer than 25 minutes on Your part. )

SO……Ready to start now ?

Let’s go.

Warming Up

- Do the proper warming up just like Part 1.

- While doing the hot wrap, execute the PC Muscle Squeeze too.

…But instead of doing 10 reps for each set.

You will need to do 20 reps for total of  3 sets now.

So do ( 3 x 20 reps  ) for this time round because You would be much stronger now.

That’s it.

Time Needed :  Less Than 4 minutes.

Length Stretching

- Sit down & make Yourself comfortable on Your favorite chair / bathtub.

- Placing Your Thumb & Forefinger together and form a ” OK ” sign.

Like this :

- Next, place the ” OK ” sign on Your penis shaft  ( just below the flaccid penis head )

- Pull ” gently but firmly ” Outward …..& return to starting position.  ( repeat 20 times )

-  Next, still holding the the same position, rotate Your penis 10 times (  in clockwise direction )

-  And again, rotate 10 times ( in anti-clockwise direction )

-  Next, still holding the same position, gently pull to the right and rotate again. ( 10 times each for both clockwise and anti-clockwise )

-…..After that, gently pull to the left and rotate again.  ( 10 times each for both clockwise and anti-clockwise )

And that’s all for this Penis Length Stretching exercise.

Time needed: 2 – 2.5 minutes

Circulatory Stretching

—————————————————————————————————

-  Hold the base of Your penis shaft

-  Gently slap Your penis against each thigh area

-  30 times for right and left each.

This would get more blood to rush into Your penis chambers.

( that’s why You can almost see an ” INSTANT ” increase in length after doing that )

Time Needed :  About 60 Seconds

4)   Wet ” Milking “  – Jelqing  ( 250 Reps )

( This can be considered the core aspect for this penis exercises routine )

Important : Do make sure You are using a good lubricants ( such as Olive oil, sexual lube or Vaseline ) for Your the milking process. If You have not read the important penis exercises safety rules here I wrote to share. Please do so before starting this Jelqing process. For Safety sake!

- After the 3 steps earlier, Your penis should be properly warmed up now.

- Get Your penis semi-erect ( about 50% ) & start applying lubricants generously on it.

( If  lubricants dry up during the milking, please re-apply generously again )

- Again…placing Your thumb together with Your forefinger.

( You can start with either  left / right hand first -  Whichever more comfortable for You )

- Form an ” OK ” sign & grip the base of Your penis shaft with it

-  Next, slide the ” OK ” grip gently downwards and stop just before the penis head.

- Again, repeat this sliding pattern using Your next hand.

- Simply rise and repeat this sliding pattern in a systematic manner.

(as if You are milking a cow for milk )

- Execute 125 strokes for each hand  ( so 250 total milking movements )

Note : If Your penis gets an full erection during the milking, let it cool down to 50% erection first and then continue again. Do not ejaculate too. If got urge, cool down first. Else it would not be effective.

- Each stroke of  miking ( Jelqing ) should take about 1 second.

So Time Needed : Less Than 5 minutes

Give Your penis a quick gently massage around the shaft, testicle and pelvic area to end the session.

…….then what’s next after You completed to this stage?

From my own experience and testing, You should be getting ” a little ” results by now if You follow the steps properly.

1) Your Erections should be stronger, Penis more muscular looking now……( due to the PC Muscle Squeeze )

2) Your Penis Length should be slightly increase now for both flaccid & erect.

3) Your Penis Thickness ( girth ) should be slightly thicker now too.

So if You like the simplicity of this penis exercises I shared so far…

You can carry on using it week….after week until You achieve the inches You want.

But of course, You can’t possibly stick to the same old penis enlargement programs and hope to get a much bigger penis right ?

Definitely You need to add more intensity so that it would give a smooth, natural and effective growth for Your penis.

The problem is that there’s NO ” One formula fits all ” – kind of  exercises routine ……sad to say.

However, I have experimented with a few numbers all these while…..

How To Improve The Routine Yourself For Further Penis Growth ?

For Warming Up

- Increase the reps by 10 each week for the PC Muscle Squeeze.

( Week 1 = 10, week 2 = 20, week 3 = 30 ……and so on )

Since You have completed week 2 now…..so next week You should be using 30 reps for the PC Muscle Squeeze then.

And do a total of 3 sets.  ( 90 reps total )

For Length Stretching

- Simply increase by 5 reps for each movements each new week.

That’s it.

For Circulatory Stretching

- Increase the slap by 10 reps each new week.

That’s it

For Wet ” Milking ” – Jelqing

- Increase by 70 Reps for EACH HAND every new week.

That’s explains why I increase from 180 in week 1  to 250 week 2.

70 reps is a good increment and not too aggressive.

With properly executed ” milking ( Jelqing ) ” action, Your penis growth should be progressively yet steady over time.

Do make sure that You’re WELL LUBRICATED at all times during the Jelqing.

For Warming Down

- Don’t need any changes as no PC Muscle Squeezing involve for Warming Down now.

What You can do is perhaps drink a glass of  warm beverage soon after that to help with circulation.

Apart from that. No changes needed.
